Hello, looking for a renter to share my home. I am renting 3 bedrooms (listed price is for all three bedrooms): including the master bedroom w private ensuite full bathroom, and two additional bedrooms. The house is a 4-BR/2 BA.

Rooms for rent are spacious, each have closets, and all line down the hallway to the west side of the house together. My room would be on the far other side of the house.

Shared living space includes a living room, large open floor plan kitchen and dining area, vintage fireplace, large laundry room with brand new washer-dryer. Kitchen appliances are also brand new, including dishwasher, and gas-range stove. Two separate AC units go to each of the living spaces to control temp individually.

Back yard has a large pool and hot tub. Yard is fully fenced, landscaped with mature, shady ficus trees, a covered and uncovered patio area for bbq/entertaining, a basketball hoop and two mature citrus trees that produce fruit in the spring. Parking is uncovered, but driveway spot would be yours. Wonderful neighbors on a very quiet street.

Hardwood floors and tile throughout the home, both bathrooms are brand new renovated bathroom with a soaking tub. Lots of closet space and outdoor storage with space for bikes/camping gear, hobby equipment, etc.

Home is a single story, mid-century style, on a large corner lot. Its located on a golf course, within an HOA, with access to playgrounds and two community pools. Walking distance to Indian Wells tennis, and just a 5-minute drive to La Quinta, and Palm Desert.

This would be great space for a single parent, mature couple, or single person in 30s+. Bedrooms can be furnished or not, depending on your need. Living and dining area are furnished in a modern desert style. Utilities would be split 50/50 and include gardener and pool cleaning. Patio has BBQ, sofa, rocking chairs, hammock and reclining lounge chairs.

I work full time during the week and spend weekends out of town, so you would often have house mostly to yourself.

Looking for 6+ month commitment. Ideal 10-mo to 1 year, flexible on length. Refundable damage deposit. Doggies OK with non-refundable 300 cleaning fee. Please no smoking or vaping in the house. You have 1 dedicated parking spot in driveway, and any parking on street you need. No maintenance responsibilities, gardener/landscaping will be taken care of just regular around the house cleaning. Sharing the house with myself- 36 yo/F working in healthcare full time during the weekdays. Weekends I spend out of town mostly, so you often would have full house to yourself. I rarely cook so kitchen and common spaces are wide open.
