Quiet and charming, especially considering proximity to Petco Park, SD Convention Center, Seaport Village, Rady Shell, and Gaslamp Quarter.

I’ve been living here 2.5 years and love the space. I am an early 40’s working professional. Kind, respectful, and quiet, I am frequently out of the house but enjoy a peaceful space to come home to. I cook and clean and stay very active. I also work hard to maintain a good relationship with any potential roommate.
