I am an interior designer, marketer, and interior design student. I work out of the home and remotely. I’m friendly, bubbly, quiet before my morning coffee lol, clean, organized, and overall want a peaceful roommate living situation that works well for both of us! I have a maltipoo 7lbs - hypoallergenic that would live with us. I’m also a Pilates instructor and love doing pilates at the complex’s studio, enjoy cooking when I have time, frequenting cute coffee shops, enjoying the sunny weather at the pool, and going for walks outside. I’m pretty independent and do my own thing most of the day out and about or sometimes work from home depending on the day. I’m looking for someone or a couple that would be open to sharing a beautiful townhome with at Newport Bluffs. I have one floor plan in mind that’s available 7/25 and we could reserve it ahead of time too. It’s PERFECT and I’m in love with it - natural light, cute floorplan, Attached Garage parking!! Serious inquiries only that’s looking to move in asap. Rent/deposite varies depending on which townhome we select, from my research price ranges 4600 - 5400 for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhomes and 5k - 6k for 3 bed 3 bath townhomes.
Depending on the agreement + rent, I have a partner who could be part of our roommate / household set up. He is very nice, considerate, quiet and clean and a professional that works in tech sales. We’ve been together for 11+ years and own a home together in La Quinta, CA! He sometimes visits or just stays back in the desert. Otherwise we can have an all girlie-household!
