Somerville/Cambridge area. Our 3rd roommate is moving out and we’re looking to replace her. We have a room available for $1100, plus internet (around $45) and gas/electric. The lease is for 12 months and renews in September but I think our roommate is leaving sometime in August. Our 2nd floor unit has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen (with dishwasher!) and a smaller spare room that we use as a common area/living room/ art workspace. Rooms are decently sized and your room would have a ceiling fan! There are a washer and dryer in the basement of the building.

Photos are from when we first moved in. We have some furniture in shared spaces, but you would have to furnish your own room. The room we’re offering is the one very poorly decorated for halloween lol. but don’t worry, it will be emptied by the time you’re in. The room doesn’t come with the bookshelves, but has a closet.

My name is Em, 27F I work from home so I’m at the apartment a lot, but visit my parents for a few weeks a year.

I live with a friend from college, Tim, 27M who works as a special needs teaching assistant leaves on the weekends to visit family.

I have one cat.

We don’t have people over often, we don’t smoke, and we don’t really drink (smoking in the unit is not allowed under the lease anyways). We’re quiet but friendly people.
