Private unfurnished bedroom with your own bathroom available in a newly renovated home in Windsor Park. The house is on a quiet, tree-lined street just 8 minutes to NoDa, 10 minutes to Plaza Midwood, 12–15 minutes to Uptown, and about 5 minutes from grocery stores, parks, walking trails, and everyday essentials.

The room can comfortably fit a twin, full, or queen bed with a dresser and nightstand and includes a closet. Additional storage is available in the attic and outdoor shed. The home has an open layout, washer/dryer, fenced backyard, and a music space with a piano and drum set in the living room.

I’m looking for someone (male or female) who is responsible, considerate, and easy going. Someone who pays bills on time, treats the home with respect, enjoys a friendly home where we can occasionally catch up, but who also values independence. Ideally, your work routine is outside the home since I work from home during the day. Bonus points if you’re creative!

No couples, no kids, and no additional pets. I have one friendly 15-pound bichon-poodle who is well-behaved and loves all people.
