Renting out a private bedroom and a private bathroom in a spacious 2-bedroom layout. The shared living area is partially furnished with my couch and coffee table, but the rest of the common spaces and your bedroom will need to be furnished by you. 1-year lease starting August 1st. Estimated move-in/key handoff is around August 10th to accommodate the complex’s cleaning schedule. Free, open parking with no decal required. Brandywine is located right off SW Archer Road in a quiet, wooded setting. It’s incredibly convenient for getting around Gainesville. The complex features a large community pool, clubhouse, fitness room, game room, and on-site laundry facilities.

I’m 20, work full-time at a vet clinic, and generally work early morning shifts. Personality-wise, I’m an extrovert with social anxiety—I’m super friendly and down to hang out, be close, and build a comfortable dynamic, but I also value having my own space and downtime. I have friends over a few times a week. We are always respectful of noise and usually hang out out or stay confined to my room, so you won’t have people taking over the common areas constantly. I have two cats. Because of this, I cannot accept any more cats or dogs in the apartment. However, if you have small, unconventional pets that stay confined to your bedroom, that is totally fine.
