About the room

Need a 4th roommate for our 4 bed 3 bath house here in Urbandale. Me and my two others friends (2 male 1 female) need a new roommate asap as one of our other friends is moving out. Move in would be available Mid-July (14th-15). Base rent is ~$539 before utilities, utilities usually costs around $50 each month. The lease would be signed for a year duration starting mid-July. The house itself is very nice and we try our best to keep it tidy. Washer and dryers is included and the house is fully furnished other than whichever room you would want. Dependent on needs/wants a standard room (~95 sq ft) or the master bedroom (~170 sq ft) would be available, with the master bedroom having its own private bathroom rather than the standard one’s shared full bathroom. One of our roommates does own a very friendly cat so you would have to be comfortable around that. Lawn care is taken care of by us so you would not have to worry about that. The neighborhood is very friendly and inviting and is close to Waukee so there is many things to do nearby as well. If you have any questions for me about the place or anything else do let me know. About the roomies

The three of us are very good friends and welcome anyone to join our place, we keep to ourselves but are always willing to meet new people. We smoke recreationally, but that can be done outside. One of us has a very friendly cat.
