Room to exercise if you exercise from home. House is a 1 minute drive to Manomet Center for shopping, restaurants, bank, gas stations, coffee shops and other conveniences. 2 minute drive to White Horse Beach. 10 minute drive to Plymouth Center. 15 minute drive to Plymouth Industrial Park. House is fairly new with large kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dinning room, quiet neighborhood, off street parking, big front and backyard. Hardwood and tile floors, granite counter tops. Internet, water, electricity, heat/AC, house cleaning, and trash removal is all INCLUDED in monthly payment. Peaceful place for you to relax after work and days off. No heavy drinking, drugs, or parties. Having a guest is perfectly fine.
About the roomies
It is a 4 bedroom house. 2 roommates are male, work full-time and 1 is a student as well. Quiet types who you barely notice. I take care of maintaining the property and work full-time as well.
