Private room in shared townhouse. Total nine hundred fifty two sq. ft. total area with 2 bedroom and 1.5 half bathroom. In-unit laundry and street parking is available. Heating is kerosine which provides the majority of heating around the house, however, there is an additional green energy sourced heater in the room to supplement and keep the room warmer based on what room temperature you prefer. Portable AC unit is also provided.

Room is partially furnished and it comes with a 40 inch TV, chair, book shelf, a mirror, and depending on your need I can provide mattress as well (Open to discussion).

It’s in a great location. Technically it’s in Colchester but it is really almost in Winooski and very close to Burlington. The house is located right next to the St. Michaels college and right across the Fanny Allen rehab/Urgent care. It’s on number 2 bus route and the bus stop is 30 ft. away from the house.

The only person other than you will be me. I’m in my mid-thirties and working in healthcare. I have a little cat named Oliver and he is a charming boy.
