Hi all! I’m looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom, 1st floor apartment in Billerica, MA (close to Burlington, Lowell, Waltham, Andover, Chelmsford). Billerica has a large local farmers market every Monday!
The building is an old 1600s colonial home broken into 3 apartments right next to town hall near the Billerica Town Center.
Features (950 sq ft):
- Your bedroom (11’x11’ with nook area) offers its own private entrance and 3 large windows
- Large living room with lots of natural light
- Large eat in kitchen
- 1 smaller shared full bathroom
- Private driveway with parking for 3 cars (1 for each of us and a spare for guests as needed)
- Large yard with fire pit
- Screened porch
About the roomies
I’m 39 and a single female living that hustle and grind, drama-free life. I work full time and in my spare time run a very small baking business in the apartment. I have 2 female cats who are the sweetest girls I work in 🍃 (so someone needs to be at least 420 friendly), I’m a lover of music, food, nature, and anything that you allows you to enjoy the simple pleasures and step away from the chaos of life. I tend to work a lot and when I’m not working I’m relaxing on my porch, zipping off in my car to my next nature adventure, cooking, or hanging with one of my girls.
