This is a 2 story single residential home. Top floor and bottom floor are divided and separated by a wall and door. I will be staying upstairs with my wife and 6 year old son. The bottom floor has its own big kitchen with an island, a dining space, a good size living room and bedroom and its own bathroom. It also has a refrigerator and its own washer and dryer provided. We do share all vents, so please no smoking or drugs, if you like to cook which we do also, please be responsible and not have the smoke alarm go off or cause fire or any danger of sort. As we do share the same house, noise can be heard easy if its loud enough. You will also have your own parking space. And theres one extra parking space to the side of house that we can both use also. My wife and i will be parking in the garage for majority of time.

My wife and I and our 6 yr old son are very chill and calm people. We dont have parties or really have anyone come over besides family and some of our closest friends who would come to visit my son, especially if they got kids of their own. My wife works from home and so do i sometimes about 2 days a week. We are very respectful and mindful of other people’s space, things and environment. I do like to workout often, and me and my son would play outside on our long driveway often especially on the mornings of weekends. It wont be any earlier than 9am though. We have great neighbors also who looks out for each other’s properties. We’re looking for roomies with similar traits, who are mature, respectful and responsible people we can trust and live with. As we all know your home should be your place of peace. Nobody wants to go home to a toxic environment.
