Spacious unfurnished room available for an August 1st move-in in a gated 3,000 sq ft home in Beverly Hills 90210, in the quiet Beverly Crest area. The house is private, peaceful, and has a great amount of space, with a large pool in the front yard, basketball in the backyard, fast internet, laundry, a small gym setup in the garage, gardener, and cleaning service.

The room has its own connected bathroom with a shower/tub and glass doors. There is also a small extra room/office that may be available to use at no additional charge if needed, especially for someone who works from home or needs a little extra space.

Parking is very easy with plenty of street parking and no street cleaning, so you don’t have to worry about moving your car every week. The area feels quiet and tucked away, while still being close to Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Century City, and the rest of the Westside.

Rent is $3,800/month + utilities and the deposit is $3,800. Month-to-month is available. Proof of income required.

The house has a relaxed, private feel, so it would be a great fit for someone who values a peaceful home and treats the space with care.

I also have two French bulldogs, so you must be comfortable living with dogs. They’re part of the home, so the right roommate should be dog-friendly and okay with pets being around.

No smoking. Guests are welcome, but I’m looking for someone with good roommate boundaries where it doesn’t turn into another person practically living here too.
