Beautiful dormered Cape on quiet street in walking distance to gorgeous Cove Island Park-Beach. Supermarket and major highway nearby. Train Station is a 10 minute drive away.

Very spacious upstairs bedroom with 2 dressers and a closet. Desk for computer set-up with Frontier Internet and TV in the room. The bedroom is half of the upstairs of the house; it stretches from the front of the house to the back. Full private bath right outside bedroom. Queen size Bed with protective Mattress cover.

Washer/Dryer on premises. Awesome front porch to relax outside. There are two very old cats in the house, must like cats and not be allergic. Use of kitchenware (plates, utensils, glasses, etc.), microwave usage and pantry & refrigerator/freezer space available.

Street parking directly in front of the house that is always available for you.

Non-Smoker/Non-Drug User. No smoking of any sort - no vaping - no burning candles or incense - no plug-ins - no heavy perfumes - no residual odors. If you are any type of smoker, this is not the rental for you.

The environment in this home is extremely peaceful … no loud music or excessively high TV volume. Seeking someone who follows suit and enjoys a relaxing home life.

No guests permitted at any time unless agreed upon prior to their visit.

$1000 deposit to hold rental. Must cancel 15 days prior to move-in date for refundable deposit. This deposit will be held as part of a security deposit (Additional $500 due prior to move in) and is refundable at the end of stay bearing no damage incurred.

$1500 upfront for the rental (1-week prior to move-in date) and $1500 upfront on the 1st of each month to follow.

$450 upfront for each rental week (if not renting an entire month). Zelle or Cash

NOTE: If you work remote (3 or more days per week from home), there will be additional $150 per month charge ($1650 per month) or $50 per week ($500).

PETS: One well-behaved, older, adult cat permitted, must stay in your large room at all times, vet records required. No additional monthly charge. Free nail clipping available if you’re not able to do it. I would also require the use of “grass seed litter” only (there are 3 brands), because it is healthy for the home environment (no toxins) and there is no dust! Grass seed litter is currently being used in the house.
