Room for rent in a single family home on highly walkable and bikeable south side! Walking distance to several establishments on Park Street, to Lakeside Coffee House, Goodman Pool, Bernie’s Beach. Quiet and friendly neighborhood, with views of the Capitol from Monona Bay. One year lease, but willing to consider shorter term. Room mostly furnished with my own things but you are welcome to bring your own things if you prefer. Bathroom and other areas of the home, which have TVs and couches and a kitchen and laundry area, would be shared.

Late thirties female + two rambunctious but sweet doggos. I am the only current occupant. I work remotely full time and use the downstairs common room for my work, but this is negotiable depending on schedules, etc. I’m pretty chill and usually keep to myself and my doggos but I’m also very open to interacting when I’m able if it makes sense. I’m a nonsmoker, but will consider those who smoke only if they do so outside.

All the roommate quizzes suggest I lean toward the “gentle organizer” archetype. My own space may get a little cluttered but I generally work to keep shared spaces relatively clean and appreciate the same consideration from roommates, but I’m not super militant about it. I keep to myself sometimes but I’m also open to interacting on occasion, as well!
