I have two private rooms that share a bathroom available in a clean, quiet home in Buda, TX available in August. It can be furnished or unfurnished depending on what you need.

Rent is $790/month and includes all utilities for each room. The deposit is $350 (or $450 with pets). Minimum 7-month lease, then month-to-month after that.

This is a calm, low-key home, not a party house. It’s a good fit for someone who wants a stable, respectful place to come home to—like a working professional or remote worker.

It’s about 10 min to South Austin, ~20 min to Downtown Austin, ~10 min to Kyle, ~20 min to San Marcos, and about an hour to San Antonio.

You’re also close to Downtown Buda / Main Street, which has local events like karaoke, comedy nights, live music, festivals, bars, and restaurants. There’s also Mavericks, which has country line dancing.

It’s a small-town vibe with easy access to big-city life when you want it, plus quick access to I-35 and Toll 45 makes getting around pretty easy.
