Looking for a roommate for a lovely 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment located right in Davis Square, the heart of Somerville’s “Hub” area! This apartment has a great balance of charm, convenience, and an unbeatable location.

Apartment details:

• Rent: $2,900/month total ($1,450 per person)

• Lease term: 12 months beginning September 1st

• Upfront costs: First and last month’s rent required

• No laundry in building, but several laundromats are nearby

Parking: Metered street parking is available behind the apartment and on surrounding streets, along with some permit-only spots. Somerville resident parking permits can be purchased through the city, and I currently have one visitor parking permit with the option to purchase additional ones.

About the living situation: You’ll be living with me, a 34-year-old woman, and my cat. My cat has gotten along well with other cats in the past, and the landlord confirmed an additional cat would be allowed.

Shared space: The shared spaces (living room, kitchen, entryway, and bathroom) are mostly furnished, but I’m very open to reorganizing, swapping things out, and decorating together so the space feels comfortable for both of us.
