The room is furnished with a twin bed and mattress, a desk, a dresser, and a nightstand. It also includes a spacious three-panel sliding-door reach-in closet, providing ample space for hanging clothes and additional storage.
Rent is $850/month, with a $850 security deposit. All utilities, high-speed internet, water, and electricity, are included. The lease requires a minimum commitment of six months, with the option to renew yearly.
The property is located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood, five minutes from shopping, grocery stores, and coffee shops, and 15 minutes from Galleria mall.
We are seeking a housemate who values cleanliness, responsibility, and mutual respect in a shared living environment. This dwelling strictly prohibits prospective housemates who are smokers (allergy). Pets (allergy) and excessive alcohol consumption are also not permitted on the premises. We aim to create a peaceful and harmonious home where everyone feels comfortable and respected.
The house is currently shared with two friendly ladies in their 40s and 70s, offering a respectful living environment.
