This room comes with a full size bed with mattress, headboard footboard, desk and chair, lamp and flat screen tv and 2 stands, ceiling and portable fan, window, private parking area, Wi-Fi access, and all utilities paid.

About the roomies

I am a 69 year old man, and I’m very very private!, quiet, and clean. I have a heart to help and love others, that’s not always easy in these times we live in. I’m trying to find a suitable roommate that I can live out my golden years as my faith calls me to. And that is: to love my Lord and God with all of my heart, mind, soul, and strength, and I’m to do so with you. I am far from a perfect man. I’ve been married twice and have grown kids and grandkids that I love. I try to rebuild relationships that I have messed up. I do not push my belief on anyone, I just want to live peacefully and quietly in my twilight years with a like-minded roommate. With that said, I do have house rules that govern my home for my protection as a senior citizen. These rules are also for your protection, and the protection of our neighbors in the community. As a living landlord I adhere to all city, state, and federal laws pertaining to renting my room.
