About the room

Full rent is $2400. One other person would be $1200 per person and two other people is $800 per person. It’s an old farmhouse with the basement for rent. It includes a bedroom, bathroom, and living space. It’s a shared kitchen, laundry room, and yards. It’s semi rural and has plenty of space with mountain views. Pets are welcome as long as they get along with my cat and dog.

About the roomies

I am a paralegal working in the office 8-5 Monday- Friday. I am clean and respectful. I’m happy to share my space. I read a lot and spend a lot of time out on the patio. The evenings are very low key for me and I don’t have many people over.
