Hi everyone! I’m looking for a girl to take over my daughter’s lease at The Aves starting August 14, 2026.
It’s a 4x4 girls-only apartment, so you’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom while sharing the kitchen and living room with three other female roommates. The apartment is fully furnished and has an in-unit washer and dryer, hard floor, plus the community has a pool, gym, study areas, and other great amenities.
Rent: • $899/month base rent • Water & electricity are separate • Parking is $25/month (if needed) The Aves is a great place to live if you’re a UCF student. It’s right across from the campus, and you’re close to Publix, Target, Walmart, Aldi, Waterford Lakes, restaurants, coffee shops, and pretty much everything you need.
