Looking for clean roommate who will enjoy an upstairs room 19x11ft. The bathrooms will be shared by other roommates with the exception of the master bathroom. Utilities are not included and usually come out to $100 more than rent each month. Will also have share of the downstairs area, which includes a comfortable living room and a big bright fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, dishes, pans, and cutlery provided. Free use of washing and drying machines located in the upstairs laundry room. Backyard with patio and patio furniture available for your use. There is plenty of on-street parking and a driveway that fits multiple vehicles but is first come first serve. The garage in the back also contains a bench press/squat rack. The room is empty now barring the queen box frame and mattress and the futon

The house is located in the nice Colonial Heights neighborhood. Within walking distance of Northside Park, a McDonald’s, and Coaster’s Coffee Shop. Plus a fast and easy drive to the Oceanview Beach area. Easy access to I-64 and close to the shopping center off of Tidewater and Little Creek. Located near Gate 22 at Naval Station Norfolk and a 20 min drive from Little Creek Base.

The house is shared with 3 male roommates. They are all in the Navy with the exception of one who is a student. This room would be perfect for Military personnel, students, or young professionals.

Utilities (Water, Electricity, and Internet) are split equally among all who live in the house.
