About the room
Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Campus Crossings near UCF. This is a private room in a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment. The lease term is 08/01/2026 – 07/31/2027.
The apartment is located in a gated community and is conveniently situated right near the entrance to the neighborhood, making it quick and easy to get in and out.
The room comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, and two dressers. I also purchased a mini fridge for the room, which I’ll leave for whoever takes over the lease.
When I signed the lease, I received a concession that covers the month of September, so September rent is already paid for the new tenant.
