Common areas are already furnished, and you are welcome to use the furniture. The utilities are electricity, which is usually about $60 a month and wifi which is $30 dollars a month. You will have your own room and bathroom.

You’d be living with two 21-year-old women who are students. We’re both pretty busy and are out of the apartment most of the time, so the space stays pretty calm. We keep things neat and quiet, but we’re also friendly and down to hang out if you are. We also love to bake, so there are usually treats around to share.
