I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible roommate to rent the guest bedroom in my beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment/condo at Obsidian at South Mountain.

The guest bedroom has its own full bathroom, giving you plenty of privacy. The home features an open-concept layout with a modern kitchen, spacious living room, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private fenced backyard - with turf and doggy door access!

The location is one of the best parts—just minutes from South Mountain hiking trails, Downtown Phoenix, Tempe, Sky Harbor Airport, and major freeways, making it easy to get anywhere in the Valley.

A little about me! I’m a working professional who works overnight shifts, and it’s just me and my sweet dog Motley at home. I’m planning to start school in the future, so I’m usually balancing work with working toward my next goals!

On my days off, I like to stay busy. You’ll usually find me hanging out with friends, thrifting, checking out local markets, trying new coffee shops around Phoenix/surrounding areas, or just getting out of the house. I’m pretty laid back and easy to get along with, but I definitely appreciate coming home to a peaceful space.

I’m looking for someone who’s respectful, responsible, and communicative. My biggest priorities are finding a roommate who can consistently contribute financially, help keep shared spaces clean, and values a drama-free home. I’m not looking to be best friends, but I’d love to live with someone who’s considerate and easygoing so we can both enjoy a comfortable and positive living environment!
