The room: One bedroom for rent in a 3-bed Jefferson Park townhome. This room features a large east window, a private bathroom, and two closets. It is an upstairs bedroom and has lots of natural light. The location: Located in wonderful Jefferson Park, this house is walking distance to Safeway, the Broncos Stadium, several shops and breweries and multiple other locations. There is quick access to i-25, the Cherry Creek Trail and downtown Denver. I often commute downtown to work via bike and it takes less than 10 minutes. There is ample street parking and a free lot behind the building.

The house: We currently have two pets, a dog and a cat and plan on adding another dog to the mix this fall. We are friendly and enjoying spending time together but also tend to keep to ourselves. This is not a party house but we often have game nights or friends over for movies and craft nights.

We are young professionals in our twenties who work a typical M-F week and sometimes work hybrid. We are active and spend a lot of time outdoors at Farmer’s Markets, hiking, and just being active in general. I am out on my bike frequently and Lily is often out running or hiking. Ideally we are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle that is interested in joining our home.
