I have 2 rooms open (and potential desk space in the guest room) in a peaceful 5-bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood. You would have your own bathroom, as well (in the upstairs hall). The house is clean and well-maintained and I hope to keep it that way :). I have a friendly, medium-sized rescue pup, and another dog would be okay if it’s friendly. The house is next to a walking trail, and about 3 miles from downtown Longmont. One space is available in the garage and there is space in the driveway, street, etc. The house has a dog door to the fenced backyard, and a deck with seating + a grill.

me: I am a 47 year old software engineer (female). I love books, music, I like to cook, I do yoga and climb, in general people consider me “nice” and “quiet” (lol). My dog Laika sometimes barks at people on the path…she’s a dog…but she’s a sweet girl generally. you: I’m hoping to find someone in a similar age range who is also a professional. If you have joint/partial custody with a kid or two 5 or older, I am okay with it, feel free to convert one of the rooms into their bedroom - but I may add a couple hundred to the deposit. If you work from home, you can make the 2nd bedroom an office, or put a desk in the guest room in the finished basement. If you need a bed, I guess you could use the queen in the guest bedroom as well. I’m looking for someone who’s clean, considerate, and not glued to the television every night (2-3 nights a week is fine, ofc, but in general I’m not into lots of noise and chaos)
