Seeking roommate for private master bedroom and share bathroom with one other roommate.

Apartment is available August 2nd at a flat monthly rate of $1,400 - utilities included! Bedroom will be unfurnished (If you’d like a bed please mention it in your message.)

Apt unit includes: washer, dryer, dishwasher. You would have the Master bedroom; lots of light, large closet, access to fire escape. Apartment is in the heart of Hamilton heights; the 145th street 1-train, CVS and 24hr delivery are on the same block. Tons of options for grocery, hardware and dollar stores, with local favorites like Harlem Public, The Honey Well & Winnie Said all nearby. Quick access downtown with the A and D express trains a short walk away. Columbia University & City College both nearby.

The other two roommates are LGBTQ men, kind and career-focused - very friendly, but we enjoy living our own separate lives and a calm apartment. “Friends are always welcome, but we don’t host parties” kind of atmosphere. We keep clean but are not obsessive and the roommate you would share a bathroom with, keeps the bathroom very tidy.

1 Rommmate works a 9-5 four days a week and enjoys their weekends exploring the city.

The other roommate manages bars in the area, and paints in his free time.
