Large private suite in a 4bed/3bath house in Cibolo — this is the master bedroom, so you’re getting the biggest room in the house with your own en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. No sharing either. Room comes furnished (bed, dresser, nightstand). If you prefer to bring your own furniture just say so and I’ll keep it empty, same price.
Upstairs is essentially your zone. You’d share the floor with two other tenants in the smaller rooms, plus a loft/common area for hanging out. I’m downstairs, so there’s a real separation between my space and yours. All utilities, water, and high-speed Wi-Fi included flat — no monthly bill surprises. Fridge, washer, and dryer in the house.
The neighborhood sells itself for daily living: HEB Cibolo is minutes away, open daily until 11pm, Walmart Supercenter on Cibolo Valley Dr is just as close, plus Walgreens, dining, and a multi-event center nearby. Quiet residential street, corner lot, two-car garage. About 5 min to Randolph AFB, 20 min to Fort Sam Houston — close enough to the bases without living on top of them.

I’m active duty Air Force stationed at BAMC work on weekdays so home life is low-key. I live downstairs and your upstairs suite is genuinely your own space. The other two tenants are in smaller rooms with a shared bath — your private bathroom stays yours.
