There is a bedroom available in my two-bed, one-bath unit in South Berkeley. The room is (about 11”x 11.5”) with its own small closet, a shared closet in the hallway, and shared shed space in the spacious backyard. The unit has a large living room, kitchen with updated appliances, and in-unit laundry! The neighborhood is peaceful, close to Emeryville, the Berkeley Bowl, San Pablo Park, and UC Berkeley only 10 minutes away.

The ideal roommate would be someone social, motivated, and respectful. About me, I am 25 (F), an artist, skater, student, and work full-time. I have 1-2 small dogs in the house, so another pet-parent would be welcome as the unit is fairly spacious and we will get along as someone who understands pet parenting/needs. I do lightly-clean the space every day, and we have a monthly landscaper tend the yard.
