About the property

This is my mobile home at The Winds of St. Armands North. The bedroom is large with a queen-sized bed; closet; and built-in drawers. A dresser “may” be available. You would have use of the whole house, excluding my bedroom. The Park insists on a background check at your expense, including their rental agreement. We have a pool; hot tub; workout room; and many activities if you want to get involved. Unfortunately, the cute kitchen came with the house since I don’t cook! No couples; no alcoholics; no drug use. I don’t have that many pictures, but I can add them later, I hope. Parking is weird. You have to park sideways behind my car. No parking on the grass, (weeds) for fear of being towed. There’s plenty of space around the clubhouse to park, and it’s not that far of a walk. Golf cart friendly. Again, parking space is a problem. Utilities will be split.
