This is a great room for traveling nurse/tech or seasonal person. We have what’s needed for you to be comfortable. We can supply bedding, towels and furniture. All you need is your clothes and food. Large room in a farmhouse. Comes furnished or unfurnished your choice. Bathroom shared with one person. At this time it’s furnished with a Queen size bed, dresser & nightstand. It has room for a desk or seating area. You have the privacy of a second entrance next to the room. You’ll have full use of the kitchen, with a pantry/storage of your own. Washer/dryer and BBQ available.

We’re centrally located to Salinas and Monterey, hospitals, colleges, parks, beaches hiking and biking trails. You’d have unobstructed views of beautiful sunrises/sunset.

All utilities included are electricity, water, garbage, and WIFI.

You must love pets. We have a family dog and cat. No other pet will be allowed.

We’re looking for a responsible and respectful person.
We do employment and background checks. Rent is $1300 per month Deposit is $350
