House is clean and neat. Laundry and dryer in garage. Looking for a responsible and reliable person to rent the spare room. You will have free range to use the house, and for the most part be alone as the other occupant is my partner and we stay at my house 99% of the time.
About the roomies
The lease holder is my partner Fabian and he’s lived in the house for about 3 years. He is a very kind person and likes to keep a clean house, so it will be expected that the new roomie cleans up after themselves. Fabian typically only stays at the house 1or 2 days a week so there will be an empty home for your privacy most of the time as well.
