Community amenities include a pool and hot tub, 24 hour fitness center, shuttle to CSU, outdoor grilling and fire pit, movie theater, game room, free coffee bar, and 24 hour emergency maintenance.
2 current roommates are great, very chill, and communicate well. One has a very well trained dog who is very sweet. Both roommates go to CSU currently.
