Room for rent in a home with 3 other girls! Room is spacious with closet and a jack and jill style bathroom (you get you own bathroom entrance) you will share. Plenty of space around the home. The house is two stories where three rooms are upstairs and includes a cute loft and one person lives in the built in garage. The property is in a safe closed court neighborhood, approximately 3-5 minutes to SSU. Big backyard and washer and dryer included! Plenty of parking spots in driveway and street parking. Utilities are divided by all 4 in water, electricity, garbage, and wifi.

About the roomies

One is currently a student at SSU and a full time worker in their 20s. We are super layback, chill, and respectful with one another. We like to do occasional roommate outings when possible.
