The housing tract is in its own world compared to what’s out in the streets. No drama no police or any bad neighbors. 5 rooms to choose from.

I’m an IT professional looking for a chill roommate to share my place. Tech guy, easy to live with, very open-minded. I genuinely don’t judge based on age, background, orientation, politics, none of that matters to me. You do you. About the living situation: The house is yours to use like a home, not just a room. Want to have family over for the holidays? Go for it. If I’m doing the same then it will just be a big party. 3000sq ft, plenty of room. I have like 3 large hang out spaces down stairs. I will have just one roommate who is a chill guy Marine Vet but he’s also leaving in about a month.
