Located 10 minutes from WMUs campus, tucked away in a quiet woodsy area full of deer, raccoons, and squirrels. I have a preference for women or queer folks. Students welcome, but prefer ages mid 20’s and above. I live a pretty quiet life, and prefer to just chill when I am home. You will have the master bedroom with a bathroom in your room, and the bedroom view of the woods/retention pond outside our building. Rent and internet split down the middle will be $930 each month. The only other bill we have to pay is electric each month. Seeking someone that is interested in building community and occasionally hanging out, but also willing to be independent. The space has many houseplants, as well as a cat, so I cannot accommodate other animals.

The security deposit depends on our credit card check, as we will have to be screened by Tall Oaks Apartments. Depending on the screening the deposit will be $400, $700, or $900.

The photos come straight from Tall Oaks website of our floor plan. My current roommate is still living here until August 31st so it is difficult to capture the space with the belongings here.

I work full time at Costco Wholesale, and graduated from Western with a double bachelors in Environmental Sustainability and Criminal Justice. I love hiking, backpacking, dancing, and painting.
