Bedroom for rent in shared unit.

Looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit. The unit is on a shared property and is detached from the main house. The unit is fully equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom. It’s located in downtown Visalia. One of the bedrooms is occupied by a female tenant and two cat. The unoccupied room is approximately 15 ft x 15 ft and the common areas are furnished by the current tenant. There is a washer and dyer available for shared use on the property. There is also a large shared backyard and plenty of street parking.

Monthly rent will be $600 for the room. Utilities will be separate and include electricity, water, gas, trash and sewage. Wifi and monthly pest control are paid for by the property owner. Minimum of a 6 month lease is preferred.

Please note, the main house is occupied by the property owner and one dog. Must be ok with dogs and cats.

I occupy the main house along with my dog. I work full time as a nurse and I’m a student in grad school, so I’m away from home a lot. The rental unit on the property is a two bedroom, 1 bath. Currently, there is a female tenant with 2 cats that occupy one of the bedrooms in the rental unit. She works full time from home. Since we both work a lot, we mostly relax when we’re home. We like to maintain a tidy environment and a calm atmosphere.
