• Standard Room: $725/month (12x13 room with a shared bathroom).

• This is a 100% LGBTQIA+ friendly home. Members and Allies are more than welcome!
• Strictly no-smoking and no-we*d on the property
• Quarterly game nights & movie nights are optional! Expect weeks of notice!
• Communicate expectations at all times! Especially around cleanliness!

Right now, only 2 people live here: a 25F who works in Human Resources and loves exploring the city, pilates classes, and trying new things they find on IG reels and the near by community events and a 27M who is a teddy bear that works in tech, visits open mics and studies languages in his free time.
