Looking for someone to sublet one bedroom in my 3-bedroom apartment at Wynwood25 while I’m away dancing on a Royal Caribbean contract! Available: September 20, 2026 – July 2, 2027 Rent is around $1,500/month. The room comes fully furnished with my bed, dresser, TV, kitchen essentials, and more—just bring your clothes! You’ll be living with two roommates: • 24-year-old female • 24-year-old male The building has amazing amenities, including a beautiful pool, a great gym, study rooms/co-working spaces, and other awesome common areas. It’s in a great location in Wynwood, too. I’m just looking for someone who’s respectful and will take good care of the room and my furniture while I’m gone. About the roomies
I am a dancer and am leaving to dance on a professional contract with royal caribbean cruises. The two roommates are friends of mine. One of them is studying to take the MCAT to be a dermatologist the other one is currently working in night life.
