I am renting out the second bedroom of my 2bed/2.5bath condo. The bedroom is large and has its own full bathroom. The shared downstairs includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, in-unit laundry, and a small backyard. The complex also has a pool. There will be some furniture downstairs, but the bedroom will be unfurnished. The condo is on S Milledge, with easy access to the loop and nearby bus stops (both city bus and UGA bus) I am closing on this condo at the end of July. Hi! I’m E.D. (27, f), and I am currently working as a lab tech with Boehringer-Ingelheim. I enjoy books, board games, and roller derby. I’m ok with guests but overall would prefer my house to be on the quieter side. I have a very sweet black cat named Bug. She loves people but doesn’t really like other cats (she may get along with a dog though, if they’re cat-friendly). Grad students or young professionals preferred
