Nice room available in early August! Room is in a 3x2 house that sits on a well kept 1.3 acre estate in Windermere. Amenities include gig speed WiFi, washer and dryer, furnished common area and kitchen, home gym on the porch (bench press , squat rack, pull up bar, free weights), bbq grill and sunporch. Large front and back yards, with a patio out back with a fire pit. On-property parking. I have a bed for the room if you don’t have your own, we can discuss the details. The current residents are two chill guys in their mid twenties. We keep it clean and tidy and expect the same of you. We are very social, and often grill together, throw a football, host campfires and occasionally house parties. Hopefully you are a friend as well as a tenant; this house is for good times.
