Federal Way, WA 98023

First floor room+bath+living space in large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. Room has queen size memory foam bed, dresser, two nightstands. The movie room/living room on the same floor is predominately for your use. Upstairs holds the large chef’s kitchen, laundry room, dining room, the other living room, and access to the back yard. There is an attached garage and easy street parking available in front of the house.

Within one mile: Fred Meyer’s, WinCo, CVS, several restaurants, coffee/tea shops, 3 parks, walking trails (one block from BPA trial), Weyerhaeuser Aquatic Center.

Two adults, 1 dog.

Raine (they/them): 40s. Much of my time/energy is spent supporting LGBTQ+ youth via a non-profit. I will gladly play Mario Kart with you. Adult coloring books? Yes please. The more swearing, the better.

Justin (he/him): early 50s, some hobbies are puzzles, trivia, history, photography and LEGO. Working on a career pivot from tech to healthcare.

The canine: 18mo GSD is a task-trained service dog in training. He’s reached the point in his program where he often goes with me when I leave the house.

Household in general - we’re social but also cherish our recharge time. Night owls but not partiers. Board games are a big interest. Blokus, Ab-duck-tion, Radical Queer Witches, to name a few. We are caught up on all the House Hunters on Hulu. Also Grey’s Anatomy, Flea Market Flip and anything narrated by David Attenborough. We are 420 friendly. Vaping inside is fine. We ask that canna smoking be done outside due to sensitivities. Please no cigarette smoking on the property.
