Shared, furnished living room is hardly used so will be available for mostly as your space.

Washer/Dryer included.

The only furnishing supplied in your bedroom is a Queen-size Purple-brand mattress with linens.

Rest of home is furnished. Can use vacant detached garage for storage unless you prefer to use it for parking.

Shared small bathroom in house with large iron tub and shower.

Large fenced backyard with wooden deck, front porch.

Walkable, bike-able neighborhood very quiet no street noise. Free detached garage, (or fenced & covered backyard spot, or in open front driveway, or free street parking).

Tesla EV charger.

Many restaurants by walking, short drive, delivery. Inner-loop location, convenient to downtown (10 mins), Montrose (5 mins), River Oaks Shopping (5 mins), Whole Foods, H-E-B, Kroger, Wal-Mart, less than 5 mins). Month-to-Month rental.

I work from home with 2 very quiet shiba-inu dogs who stay in my room, 4 and 5 years old.

I am a musician, I am happy to agree to quiet hours if needed.

Room is missing a door from kitchen and connected to my office which I need daily access to so will need to walk thru your room; but it is possible to section the very short walking path off with furniture like bookshelves or screen divider for your privacy.
