Spacious bedroom with a walk-in closet! Bathroom is shared but it’s big, about 820 Sq Ft, 2nd story so there is a cute balcony but also has plenty of grass areas/a decent size field pet friendly! The location is honestly great (could be bias lol!) 10 minutes to portland, vancouver mall, a few minute drive to mill-plain, and surrounded by lots of food/grocery/shopping options! Also a very walkable area. The complex is pretty safe and secure and we do have security who patrols through the night! Some amenities include: Gym, Seasonal Pool, Park/Field, Parking! Rent would be $752 + $30-80 in utilities (that more so depends on us but that’s been my average bill!) which utilities will be split 50/50. Any questions let me know!
