Room for rent (ready from August 1) in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house in downtown (10 minutes of walking away from the campus, very close to Safeway, Planet Fitness, etc). 550$ a month, plus utilities (although water and trash are covered by the landlord). The house comes with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer, and lots of cupboards. Has a good yard and lawn too, plus parking:) Looking for preferably a student and a fellow graduate one at that. The house is furnished but the room itself will not be, although the guy leaving is willing to sell lots of his stuff so there is that.
It’s just me! I’m an Econ PhD student, and I try to keep the place clean and noiseless; looking for a similar person! Most workdays I am at my office at UW; in my free time I enjoy reading, hiking, riding, and CX skiing in beautiful Wyoming!
