Honestly, the location is hard to beat — you’re smack in the middle of Temescal, so Telegraph, College, and Piedmont Ave are all an easy walk away. Tons of good coffee, food, and little shops nearby, so you’re never far from something good to grab. It’s a chill residential street, but you’ve still got that walkable neighborhood feel. Plus there’s off-street parking, which is honestly clutch around here. The backyard is a really nice bonus too — great spot to hang out, especially when the weather’s good.

I work from home as a veterinary medical professional, so I’m pretty easygoing and around a lot during the day. I’ve got two pets — a dog and a cat. My cat’s a total sweetheart but she’s wobbly (some mobility issues) and isn’t a fan of other animals, so I’m hoping to find someone who loves animals but doesn’t have their own. Other than that, I’m pretty laid back and just looking for someone respectful and easy to live with.
