The house is located 10 minutes from Cal State Northridge and is a 15 minute walk to the nearest grocery store.
About the Room: I am subletting a spare bedroom with a private bathroom through the end of this year. The room comfortably fits a king bed, desk and dresser. There is a closet system that comes with the room. The bathroom is private and connected directly to the bedroom.
About the space: There is a small rear patio space and front outdoor space which is nice and shaded. The kitchen space is shared. You’ll have access to two cabinets and two drawers as well as some counter space. There is a shared laundry space as well with a new Samsung Washer and Dryer.
About the roomies
About me: I am a 30yo professional engineer who works from home 3 days out of the week. I have a husky named Ko who is very friendly. My Fiancée is currently working abroad for the next 6 months so we take turns visiting each other every month. I’ll periodically be out of town with her in addition to traveling for work.
