The condo has both a front and back porch, is in a quiet neighborhood, and is just minutes from Fresh Pond, Harvard Square, parks, grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for a comfortable place that’s close to everything while still being on a peaceful street.

The available room is a private master bedroom with a full closet and shared access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and both porches. The lease allows tenants to obtain a Cambridge resident parking permit, and there is resident street parking available nearby. Rent does not include utilities, and the roommate would be responsible for half of the monthly utility costs.

Hi! I’m Joe, 22, and I work as a photographer/videographer. I do some editing from home, but I’m also away for work pretty often—sometimes for several days or even a couple of weeks at a time.

I’m easygoing, clean, and pretty quiet. I enjoy cooking, don’t smoke. I like thrifting and switching up the decor of the apartment here and there.

There’s also an older cat who lives here. He’s very friendly, loves people, and is low maintenance.
