The rent comes all-utilities paid for $1,975/month, including a professional cleaner once per month. All of the bills need to be paid here: internet, PG&E, trash, water, sewer, hot water. And finally, per the property, you have to have liability insurance. Mine runs about $22/month right now.. That can’t be split. You’ll need to pass the property’s income verification. The office manager is really great.
