About the room
Fully furnished and move-in ready, this private bedroom in Downtown Parker is a comfortable option for someone looking for a quiet shared home in a great location. The room faces south and gets plenty of natural sunlight, and it will come fully furnished. While the bathroom is not attached, there is a full bathroom located directly next to the bedroom that will be for the bedroom occupant’s use.
The kitchen and living room are shared spaces, and the other bedroom and basement are also occupied, so this is best suited for someone who is clean, respectful, and comfortable in a calm shared-house setting. The home has smart lock/keyless entry, making access easy and secure, and there is off-street parking available in the neighborhood.
The location is a huge perk: it’s a quick 2-minute walk to Downtown Parker’s coffee shops, restaurants, shops, and events, plus an easy drive to Safeway, Costco, Trader Joe’s, E-470, and I-25 for fast access around the Denver metro. Downtown Parker highlights dining, coffee, shopping, farmers markets, wine walks, brewfest events, and other local gatherings, so it’s a great fit for someone who wants a quieter home environment while still being close to things to do.
Lease terms are flexible, and I’m open to different lease durations depending on the renter’s needs. In addition to monthly rent, there will be a flat $65/month utility fee that covers gas, electricity, internet, and home security, keeping monthly costs simple and predictable.
About the roomies
I’m the owner of the house and recently moved out. There are currently two other people living on in the house, one male and one female both in their twenties. One is occupying the second bedroom on the top floor and the other is occupying the basement. They both work full time and are often away from the house during the day, and when they are here they both keep to themselves and are quiet. I like to maintain a quiet and peaceful environment in my house and work to do that here.
